Tim Stout Tim was the first US employee hired by Prime Finish and oversaw the construction of the Paris, KY facility. Prior to joining Prime Finish, he was employed by Courtaulds Coatings (acquired by PPG in 1999). He has spent his entire career in engineering, manufacturing/operations and health, safety and environmental compliance. Tim is a graduate of Trinity High School in Louisville, KY (18-time Kentucky State Football Champions). Tim is a 1991 graduate of the Speed Scientific School at the University of Louisville with a BS in Industrial Engineering. |
Vice President Production

Steve Evans Steve Evans manages production operations at Prime Finish by informative communication and efficient production systems with the goal of customer satisfaction through on-time deliveries and exceeding customer quality expectations. Steve has cross functional management experience with twelve years of management in Health and Safety, Human Resources, Technical and Production Management. Steve continually looks for ways to develop professionally through enrollment in training and certification programs, membership in professional organizations and taking on new tasks to broaden his understanding of manufacturing operations. |
Quality Director

Joe Brandenburg Joe joined Prime Finish’s Technical Team in 2000, eventually moving over to the Quality Department and becoming Quality Director. In 2005, Joe initiated and led Prime Finish through to attain ISO/TS 16949:2002 Certification. Joe also serves as Program Manager, overseeing new programs and projects from SOP through to production. Joe is a 1996 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University (Go Colonels!!), with a BS in Environmental Resources |

Kristina Lukehart Kristina has been with Prime Finish, LLC from almost the beginning, joining our staff in November of 1999. Her experiences growing up as an Army Brat have helped shape the person she is today; giving her the ability to adapt to change quickly and react with professionalism. Kristina brings over 10 years of marketing experience to Prime Finish. She graduated from Sullivan University in 1995, cum laude. |
Process Improvement Manager

Scott Farish Scott has been in robotic painting and welding since 1983 and continues to keep current on all new paint and welding technologies as they are released. Previous employers include General Motors, Honda of America and Fanuc Robotics. He has over 28 years of experience working within the automotive OEM and refinishing industries. |
